BEFORE YOU SUBMIT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:
Fees
must accompany your application. Fees are as quoted or as specified
by the DTMSI. Fees can be deposited directly into the DTMSI bank account.
Details are available on our
website. Deposit receipts must be faxed to the DTMSI or at least
a copy thereof must be included with your enrollment documents.
Declaration:
I agree to study a professional development course through the DTMSI.
Upon successful completion, I shall be entitled to a DTMSI transcript
of studies as well as a DTMSI certificate of course completion. The
DTMSI shall nominate me for any degree programs (or degrees) through
suitable universities as required or requested by me. The DTMSI shall
communicate with me regarding my studies and any related information
as applicable from time to time. The DTMSI reserve the right to change
the curriculum or subjects depending on the availability of suitable
textbooks. I understand that I am responsible for my textbooks and that
the DTMSI shall furnish me with a reading list and instructions on where
to obtain the textbooks and learning sources.
